Tayo holds a dual honors degree in Computer Science and Economics at the University of Ife, Nigeria, and he graduated with highest distinction with a M.Sc. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. He recently completed the M.Phil. degree program in Economics at the University of Oxford where he was an American Institute of Economic Research fellow.
Victoria Hill
Victoria Hill has expertise in social network and statistical analysis. A main focus of her research is determining the benefits of collaborative relationships and knowledge networking. Victoria has worked on a number of education research projects, and is very active in education policy and gender issues. She has a strong interest in promoting science, technology and mathematics careers for women and minorities, and has worked on projects in these areas with InfoDev, a global grant program managed by the World Bank; InSITeS of Carnegie Mellon University and the Pittsburgh Public Schools. Victoria was a fellow with the RAND Corporation, where she played a key role in investigating past productivity trends and potential improvements for Navy shipyard maintenance efficiency. Ms. Hill also conducted an in-depth hardware and software evaluation, and designed curriculum and trained users on a variety of software programs, while working for USX Corporation.
Victoria received her PhD from the department of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. In addition, she has a M.Sc. in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College, and a B.S. in Administration and Management Science and French, both also from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tim Weidemann's area of expertise is in managing strategic change for organizations. He has worked closely with large and small public sector clients, leading them through strategic planning and change management approaches aimed at maximizing their return on economic development projects. He was previously a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting LLP where he had responsibility for managing change efforts for several multi-million dollar state and county level projects. He has led teams of up to ten consultants in re-engineering clients’ core business processes, assessing organizational change readiness, developing customized training curriculum, and managing program and system implementation logistics.
Tim holds a B.A. in Philosophy with university honors from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a M.Sc. in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated with highest distinction.
